1. Property- have the right to gain from what they create and be firm in their property on the internet and you have the right to access it if opened to the public.

2.Privacy- citizens have the right to be private on the internet and to not have their private information leaked.

3.Association- the right to openly associate on the internet to whomever they want.

4. Accessibility- allowed to access the internet equally, anyhow they want or where they located.

5.Sharing- have the right to share their plans and beliefs and whatever it is they want too as long as it is lawfully done and not breaking any infringements.

6.Creativity- have the right to be creative, grow and cooperate on the internet and be held liable for what they do.

7.Participation- have the right to participate how and where they want on the internet.

8.Equality-all citizens are equal on the internet just as they are in the real world we have a right to equality.

9.Openness- have the right to clear and quality source of internet whenever and for what ever.

10.Freedom- all citizens have the right to free uncut internet and freedom to say whatever they want with no restrictions unless stated otherwise for a lawful reason.
